
I know my list of negatives was long, but they were mostly minor complaints. And the characters, while not groundbreaking, are for the most part likable. Music is nice (but oddly unfitting in certain locations, most notably the abandoned subway level). And the story really seems like it favors playing as Yuito first, which is unfortunate for people who want to start as Kasane.īut the combat is really fun. The standby phases slow the momentum of the story considerably. There shouldn’t have been any bond episodes with the other team while they’re your enemies. The characters show really little emotion even when traumatic things happen. Some fights (3-on-3 boss fights in particular) are too chaotic and feel somewhat luck-based. Sidequests are just simple tasks/challenges. *The game has been adjusted in some ways specifically for this Demo Edition.Scarlet Nexus is really good for the most part.
